Nomination Process and Nomination Forms

The UMD Awards Committee is seeking nominations for outstanding students, faculty, staff, and organizations. Any member of the UMD community may nominate another member. If you wish to nominate yourself, please feel free to do so. Note that student organizations may NOT nominate themselves for the Outstanding Student Organization award.

Forms must be submitted online or printed and submitted to Laura Young in the Student Activities Office, located across from the Kirby Information Desk. 

Tip: Compose your nomination letter in a word document and then copy & paste it onto the nomination form.

Nomination Form Deadline: The nomination process is now closed for the 08-09 school year. 

Some awards DO require supporting application documents from the nominee.  To check to see if an award requires supporting documents, click here.
