Nominee Supporting Documents**The nomination process is currently closed.** SIEUR DU LUTH AWARD Nominees will be required to submit a basic form (name, local address, permanent address, phone number, email). The nominees must provide a resume and an essay (up to 500 words) describing why they should be chosen as a recipient of this award. The candidate is also responsible for obtaining two one-page letters of recommendation from people they have worked with in the community or within the University. BULLDOG AWARD The nominees must provide a resume and an essay (up to 500 words) describing why they should be chosen as a recipient of this award. LEADERSHIP AWARD The nominees must provide a resume and an essay (up to 500 words) describing why they should be chosen as a recipient of this award. OUTSTANDING STUDENT ORGANIZATION (Note: Students may NOT nominate themselves for this award.) The organization must submit an essay of up to 1000 words. The essay should highlight growth in the organization, accomplishments, and improvements over the previous year(s), and what made this year "outstanding". OUTSTANDING COMMUNITY SERVICE AWARD Students may nominate themselves for this award if they have completed 100 hours of community service between the current Fall & Spring semester. Nominees must submit a resume highlighting their service activities and a one page letter of recommendation. |
