Nominee Supporting Documents

Supporting documents for ALL awards are due Friday, March 7, 2008 by 4:30PM

SIEUR DU LUTH AWARD

Nominees will be required to submit a basic form (name, address, permanent address, phone number, email). The candidate is also responsible for obtaining two one-page letters of recommendation from people they have worked with in the community or within the University.

 

BULLDOG AWARD

The nominees must provide a resume and an essay (up to 500 words) describing why they should be chosen as a recipient of this award.

 

LEADERSHIP AWARD

The nominees must provide a resume and an essay (up to 500 words) describing why they should be chosen as a recipient of this award.

 

FEATHERMAN AWARD

The nominees must provide a resume and submit one one-page letter of recommendation.

 

ARROWHEAD AWARD

A student organization may submit one nomination form, with their list of nominees, per organization. If two nomination forms are submitted, Kirby Student Center will only use the first form turned in.

 

OUTSTANDING STUDENT ORGANIZATION

(Note: Students may NOT nominate themselves for this award.) The organization must submit an essay of up to 1000 words. The essay should highlight growth in the organization, accomplishments, and improvements over the previous year(s), and what made this year "outstanding".

 

OUTSTANDING COMMUNITY SERVICE AWARD

Students may nominate themselves for this award if they have completed 100 hours of community service between the current Fall & Spring semester. Nominees must submit a resume highlighting their service activities and a one page letter of recommendation.
