*Software. Identify progressive technology for managing professional and educational records for UMD students, faculty, staff, and alumni. Currently this includes partnering with the UM Enterprise Applications Team to develop ePortfolio and Grad Planner, and building the MIS System independently.

*Workshops. Provide training on using tools for managing records and creating train-the-trainer partnerships, thereby supporting efforts that contribute to student success and retention using state of the art tools for managing records efficiently.

*Computer Access. Continue to provide computer access in the Solon Campus Center Web Lab, in partnership with ITSS, as a compliment to student support services, including registration, financial aid, career services, new student orientation, and academic support.

*Strategic Planning. Participate in Academic Support and Student Life information management efforts by coordinating ASSL technology needs, web presence, communications plan, and technical support.

*Assessment. Assist UMD assessment activities through permission-based sharing, tabulating, tracking, and reporting of data reflecting key measures of program outcomes.

*Outreach. Participate in local, regional, and national outreach activities with prospective students, parents, alumni, and professional colleagues to develop and promote the use of progressive tools for managing educational and professional records.
