Sign up in Rec sports office & pick up materials. (program is FREE w/paid entry into F.I.T program, otherwise cost is $5)

Record your weekly totals on the FIT LOG (on the back of this page)

When done, bring FIT LOG to the Rec Sports office to pick up award.

100 MILE CHALANGE finishers receive a FREE t-shirt!
With the completion of 100 aerobic mile equivalents within a 10-week period, you will be awarded a HEALTHY PEOPLE PROGRAM T-shirt. (with $5 paid fee for program entry)

Note -- the above minutes are equivalent to one aerobic mile
