Kathryn A. Martin Library
Instruction Lab Reservation Form

Rooms KAML 115 and KAML 116

KAML 115 and KAML 116 primarily serve as instructional space for University faculty and staff. Their secondary function is to serve as Full Access PC Labs for students. External users can only use the rooms during January break, spring break, and summer months.

Reservations are accepted on a first-come first-serve basis with one exception. During the first two weeks of each semester, the Library's Reference Department has precedence for their College Writing classes.

Please submit a reservation request for labs at least one week in advance when using the standard software setup. Uses needing custom software installation should be scheduled at least three weeks in advance. Higher precedence goes to KAML 116 unless requested otherwise.

You must submit a separate reservation request for each use of the room that you wish to schedule. An email will be sent to you to confirm your reservation(s).
