Enable Pop-ups

To allow pop-ups in Internet Explorer:

Click on Tools / Pop-up blocker / Turn off Pop-up blocker

If you can't find this, you probably have something other than Windows XP. You may have a third-party pop-up blocker coming from something like Google Toolbar or Yahoo Toolbar. Try to find this and temporarily turn on pop-ups. Sometimes the system tray in the lower right corner shows resident third party pop-up blockers running. These and other "ad-watch" type programs need to be temporarily turned off.

To allow pop-ups in Mozilla/Firefox:

Click on Tools / Options/ Web Features / Uncheck 'Block Popups'

OR, Mozilla/Firefox users can leave the blocker on. Just add the desired domains to your 'allowed' list.
Click on Tools / Options/ Web Features / Allowed Sites

Sometimes the system tray in the lower right corner shows resident third party blockers running. These and "ad-watch" type programs that need to be temporarily turned off. If you have toolbars such as Google or Yahoo, check those settings also.
