Check User Status on "My Account"

Log into your library user account to check your user status. "My Account" allows you to view information about your current checked out items as well as to view recalls or requests, fines and fees balance, your bookings, and any blocks on your borrowing privileges. If you find that you do have fines or a block, speak to a Circulation Supervisor at the Circulation service desk to find out how to clear them from your record.

To check your status: At the top of the UMD Library home page, click on "My Account," and log in with your internet ID and password.

Within "My Account," you can also renew UMD Library-owned materials or delete bookings or requests for items that you no longer need.
