Reserve Loan Policies

Books, articles, videos, and other media assigned for class reading or viewing are placed on Reserve by instructors to ensure availability to students. Find these materials at the Reserve/Media (right-hand) stations at the Circulation desk.

Reserve items are checked out on a first-come, first-served basis. You may charge out only one item at a time.

Most Reserve items are loaned for two-hour periods, but some items may be checked out overnight or for a three-day loan. All overnight and three-day items are due at 9 a.m. on the date due. Please check your date due receipt closely for the time due.

Late items incur fines of $.50 per hour around the clock up to a maximum of $20 per item.

Reserve items may be renewed only once.
