UMD Library Display Request Guidelines

The display cases in the UMD Library are available to campus and nonpartisan, nonprofit organizations at the discretion of the Library Director and the Library Communication & Events Team. Reservations will be made on a case-by-case basis.

Requests will be considered based on the following guidelines:

• Preference will be given to library-related displays and themes.
• Preference will be given to organizations that provide services or programs to a campus-wide audience rather than to a single academic department.
• Preference will be given to displays that enhance the campus environment for diverse populations.
