Printing: For citations and abstracts, use the Netscape "print" button. For full text of dissertations from the University of Minnesota, click on the"FREE DOWNLOAD" icon. You will supply your e-mail address, and then you will receive an e-mail message when your pdf document is ready for you to view. Because these are huge files, it may take anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes for Dissertation Abstracts to download the article for your viewing. This e-mail message will contain a link to a site that contains your document, and a pin number for you to enter. The site will contain your document for 72 hours. You can then print off the document. All instructions on how to access the document will be included in the e-mail message. Use Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print the file. If you don't have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer, you can get it for free. For dissertations from other universities add the item to your shopping cart, arrange for payment, and follow the instructions.
