SciFinder
Scholar in the library:
1. You may run SciFinder Scholar on any [Basic Access] PC in the
library.
2. Click on the "start" button in the lower left corner of the
screen.
3. In the "Start Menu", select "UMD Library". Then select "SciFinder Scholar."
SciFinder Scholar in your office - using the SciFinder Scholar client:
SciFinder Scholar is available ONLY to UMD students,
faculty and staff.
Your computer must be attached to UMD's wired network to use the SciFinder client.

Installation
Instructions and install files for SciFinder Scholar are located on a secure
server.
Access to these files requires your internet ID (email user name) and password.
Mac users

The Mac version of SciFinder Scholar 2007 is compatible with Mac OS X versions 10.3 and newer.
