Encyclopedia Britiannica Online

Online encyclopedias for K-12 students. This resource includes the following references: Encyclopedia Americana; Grolier Multimedia Encyclopedia; The New Book of Knowledge; La Nueva enciclopedia Cumbre en linea; The New Book of Popular Science; Lands and People; and America The Beautiful.
InfoTrac Junior Edition
Designed for junior high and middle school students to search magazines, newspapers, and reference books for information on current events, the arts, science, popular culture, health, etc. Paid for by Electronic Library of Minnesota.
InfoTrac Kids Edition
Designed for K-6 aged students to search magazines, newspapers, and reference books for information on current events, the arts, science, popular culture, health, etc. Paid for by Electronic Library of Minnesota.

Junior Reference Collection

MAS Ultra School Edition

Middle Search Plus
Provides full text for more than 140 popular, middle school magazines. Articles are assigned a reading level indicator (Lexilles).
Primary Search
Provides full text for more than 70 popular, magazines for elementrary school research. Articles are assigned a reading level indicator (Lexilles) and coverage is available 1990 - present.
World Book
The World Book Online Reference Center provides access to the online encyclopedia as well as an atlas, dictionary and "Explore Minnesota" section. Entries can include encyclopedia articles; maps; tables; sounds; pictures; back in time; and special reports.
