STAC The Student Technology Assistance Center (STAC) is a free service that helps UMD students meet their academic and personal technology learning goals and needs. The STAC is staffed by ITSS student employees that will provide one-on-one assistance to students seeking help with software, hardware, password problems, digital cameras, and other technology issues. Students can also get basic help with virus problems. The STAC operates on a first come, first serve basis and accepts walk-in visits only. Located in Kirby Plaza 146 (weekdays) and in L118 (evenings and weekends). [more]
