The UMD Bureau of Business and Economic Research (BBER) was
asked to collect data on tourist satisfaction and activities for the area served
by the Lutsen-Tofte
Tourism Association (LTTA), and perform preliminary statistical analysis of
those data for use
by the LTTA in their hospitality industry sector marketing plans. A web-based
survey instrument was implemented and data were analyzed and reported. For more
