PSE

PSE is a local chapter of Pi Sigma Epsilon a national co-educational fraternity in marketing, sales management, and selling, which helps fill the gaps between college and a professional future. PSE is sponsored by the Sales and Marketing Executives (SME), Minneapolis Chapter. Operations of local chapters are much like a business organization, and provide excellent opportunities to gain experience with leadership, group dynamics, project management, and organization skills.

The guidance and structure provided to PSE helps students maintain a professional focus and promotes career advancement by offering opportunities to gain practical experience. PSE’s activities include: guest speakers, monthly luncheon meetings with Sales and Marketing executives, attendance at the national PSE conference, activities with the Chamber of Commerce, the promotion of the Muscular Dystrophy Association, a volleyball marathon, the “Blanket Duluth” fund raising event, and the Viking Basketball Tournament to benefit the Boys & Girls Club of Duluth.
