Laptop Requirement for Fall 2008

To prepare our students for the 21st century workplace, all LSBE students enrolled in Fall 2008 will be required to have a laptop or tablet (Microsoft Windows- OR Apple-based system). Exempt from this requirement are Seniors who will be graduating by December 2008. If you receive Financial Aid, you may qualify for the purchase of a laptop or tablet and have it added to your Financial Aid allotment.
If you are not part of the 89% of students who currently have a laptop or tablet, you can take advantage of the discounts available through the UMD Computer Corner where you can find laptop packages with four year full repair/replacement, excellent features, and a price far below retail. Explore this option at: http://umdstores.com/sitetext.aspx?id=712. The UMD Computer Corner can be contacted at (866) 726-8631.
