Alumni Database
Looking for a classmate?
Click on the "Rolodex" below to gain access -- on a confidential
basis –- to our alumni database so that you can find each other, see
who also is in practice in your community and went to UMD, etc. This
data base lists only former students who have graduated from medical
school, not current third and fourth year students.
You need a password to gain entry to this section of our Web site.
The system is set up as follows:
Your User
name is, simply, your last name (e.g. for me it would be Boulger).
This is not case sensitive.
Your Password will
be the four
digits of your year of entry to the Medical School Duluth (e.g.
1972, 1988, etc.) followed by the the last
4 digits of your Social Security Number. For someone entering
Medical School in 2004, the code would be 2004XXXX.
If you try this code and it doesn't work, it is likely that you have
forgotten your own name, cannot remember when you started medical
school or that we have an erroneous Social Security number!
Seriously, if you try this and it does not work, send Jim Boulger an
e-mail (jboulger@d.umn.edu)
or letter describing the problem. You can also call him, and we will
find the problem as quickly as possible and fix it. Remember that we
have set this up with your last name as we know it; if you have
changed your name and we are not aware of that, this obviously won't
work.
Directions on how to use the database are on your
class web page, along with some specific items for your class only -
a few photos that we hope will bring back memories and perhaps some
stories that you want to share with your classmates but do not want
the rest of the world to hear.
Click Rolodex for access to alumni data base.
