Season Ticket Renewal

To renew your season tickets online, please call the Ticket Office to obtain your username and password login .

After you have obtained your username and password, you are ready to begin the online renewal process:

1. Go to www.tickets.umn.edu and select UMD School of Fine Arts Tickets
2. Click “Login” on the upper right corner
3. Enter your username and password. If you are prompted, please change your password.
4. Click on My Account link on the top bar on the upper right corner
5. Click on Show Renewal Orders>> link in the Renewal Options section on the left
6. Click on the order – Renewals Summary page opens with order details.
7. Please review your order and click Continue
8. Review shipping and billing information.  E-mail address is required.  Click “Edit” to complete this information.
9. Click Continue
10. Provide payment information and click “RENEW.”
11. Please print the order statement for your records. 
12. Please call the ticket office with any questions or concerns.
