UMD CENTER FOR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT APPOINTS DIRECTOR OF SMALL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CENTER IN ELY

Names Wendy Crowley

The UMD Center for Economic Development has announced the appointment of Wendy Crowley as director of the Small Business Development Center in Ely, Minnesota.

Ms. Crowley will work as a Business Development Specialist at the Center. Offices are located at Vermillion Community College.

She received a Masters of Business Administration in 1999 from the University of Dayton in Dayton, Ohio.

The UMD Center for Economic Development operates 7 satellite offices throughout Northeastern Minnsota. The Center assists small businesses and entrepreneurs with a variety of business issues. Anyone seeking information or assistance may call 1-888-387-4594.
