World AIDS Day Remembered At UMD November 27
Representative Dale Swapinski will speak November 27 at 6 p.m. in the Tweed Museum of Art on the UMD campus. The topic of his speech is "Speaking out on AIDS".
Following the speech there will be a World AIDS Day Silent Art Auction. All donations will benefit the Duluth community through education and HIV/AIDS prevention efforts. Beverages and hors d' oeurves will be served.
The event is sponsored by the Tweed Museum of Art, UMD Multicultural Learning Resource Centers, and Kirby Alternative Programs.
The public is welcome to attend.
