Girl Scouts Day Set at UMD
Sunday, September 9

All area girls and their parents are invited to Girl Scouts Day at UMD on Sunday, September 9 at Griggs Field. The event begins at 1 p.m. and runs until 4 p.m.

The afternoon allows girls to sign up for the 2001-2002 Girl Scouts year, and provides families with tours of UMD and information about various UMD departments and activities.

UMD departments sponsoring the day include: Women's Athletics Department, Tweed Museum of Art, Library, Recreational Sports, Outdoor Programs, ROTC, Women's Studies, KUMD Radio and Department of Admissions.
