SPRING CLEAN-UP EVENTS FOR CAMPUS AND COMMUNITY

" GOOD NEIGHBORS CLEAN-UP" SERVICE MAY 15 - 21

UMD STUDENT ASSOCIATION "CAMPUS CLEAN-UP" SET FOR SATURDAY, MAY 11

The UMD Student Association is sponsoring an "All-Campus Clean-Up" event on Saturday May 11.

Students representing organizations and groups from through-out UMD will be gathering at UMD's Ordean Court at 11:00am. The groups of students will go around the UMD campus cleaning, sweeping and removing discarded items.

Gloves and Bags will be provided.......as will food for the tired and hungry workers!

"GOOD NEIGHBORS CLEAN-UP" SERVICE SET FOR MAY 15 - 21

The UMD Student Association and the UMD Facilities Management Department will be offering a free "GOOD NEIGHBORS CLEAN-UP SERVICE" May 15 - 21, providing pick-up for large, no longer-wanted items from UMD students who live off campus and within two-miles of UMD.

Those utilizing the service must be a UMD student and provide a UMD student ID. No food, garbage or refuse, hazardous materials, refrigerators, freezers, or air-conditioners will be accepted. UMD students who wish more information or wish to schedule a pick-up, should call UMD Facilities Management at 218-726-8262 or email facmgt@d.umn.edu.

Information which must be provided includes: name, address, what is to be picked up, and when it will be ready for pick-up.
