UMD Offers Summer Apartment
Housing Rentals
for Seniors/Retirees
Applications Now Being Accepted
The University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) Summer Housing Office is now
accepting summer apartment requests from retirees. With most students
gone over the summer break, the apartments are available to rent at very
reasonable rates. This year will mark the 28th year of offering these
on-campus apartments to seniors.
UMD offers five, eight, or ten-week rental periods. On-campus apartments
include a kitchen, living room, dining area, two bedrooms, and a bathroom.
Units are furnished and also include bed linens, utilities, free laundry
facilities, cable TV access, and local telephone services.
