UMD Swenson College of Science and Engineering Development Director has been Appointed

Carrie Sutherland has been named the new development director for the Swenson College of Science and Engineering.

An alumna of UMD, Sutherland returned to campus with 15 years of sales and marketing experience and joined the development team in 2007. Since that time, her work has focused on development efforts, recognition events, and fundraising for campus-wide programs and scholarships. Her new role began on August 6, 2012.
