Aune Nominated for Community-Engaged Scholar Award
DULUTH, MN – Alison Aune, University of Minnesota Duluth professor and area chair of art education and museum education, was nominated for the University of Minnesota President's Community-Engaged Scholar Award and was recognized at an awards luncheon on April 19. This newly established system-wide award recognizes faculty and staff members annually for exemplary community-engaged scholarship in their field of inquiry. The recipient demonstrates a longstanding academic career that embodies the University of Minnesota's definition of public engagement.
