Sherlock Holmes at Glensheen

DULUTH, MN – Glensheen Mansion will be continuing its Living Literature tradition with a thrilling Sherlock Holmes mystery, The Hound of Baskervilles. Glensheen takes the lead role as a house plagued by a diabolical hound of supernatural origins. Holmes and his companion, Dr. Watson, are on the case set at the historic Congdon estate.

This classic mystery is directed by Rob Larson and features local college students as the sleuthing literary characters.

The performance runs April 3, 4 and 5 starting at 7 p.m. Tickets are $35 and available at glensheen.org.

For the price of admission, guests are treated to the performance, drinks and hors d'oeuvres, a post-viewing presentation on the Sherlock Holmes genre, and an abbreviated Flashlight Tour of Glensheen.

Living Literature is a part of UMD’s School of Fine Art’s 40th anniversary celebration in the month of April.
