One Stop Student Services is here for you: online, by email, on the phone, or in person. Count on us for expert advice whenever you have a question or concern about your student's registration, transcripts, financial aid, student accounts, billing, payments, and veterans benefits.
To comply with federal law, the University requires a student's permission before One Stop counselors can provide you with detailed personal information online or to counsel you in any way that reveals private information. Your student must authorize your access to individual student records and the online billing payment system to protect student records privacy.

Verification letters
Your student may request verification of her or his enrollment to apply for employer health benefits, auto insurance discounts, and other student-related discount programs.
