Civic Engagement Mini Grants

Request for Proposals: Civic Engagement Mini Grant

Deadline: March 5, 2012 5pm

The Office of Civic Engagement is announcing a request for proposals.  The purpose of the mini grant is to integrate civic engagement into an existing course or to create a new course with a civic engagement component.  An individual UMD faculty member may apply for up to $2,000.  To learn more attend the workshop " Integrating Community-based Learning into Your Curriculum" on February 15 from 1-2:30pm in 268 KSC, sponsored by IDS and the OCE.  This workshop will  assist you in developing ideas for your own initiatives and provide tips for submitting a mini grant proposal.
