Volunteer Hours Log Use this document to track your volunteer hours. The Office of Civic Engagement does not require this, nor do we keep track of your hours for you. However, you may find it useful as you volunteer throughout the semester. Your instructor may ask for this - it just depends on the class you are in.
Student Evaluation Use this document if your course instructor asks that your site supervisor complete an evaluation of your service.
