Private Showings

Inside hall at MWAH Along with the public shows, the Planetarium runs private shows year-round. These shows are perfect for school fieldtrips, community groups, and even birthday parties. Private shows can be set up by a group of 10 or more people and are free of charge. The shows run an hour and are typically the Stargazing Tonight show, the Planetarium's general stargazing show. However, different topics can be requested with advance notice. To request a private show contact the MW Alworth Planetarium staff with a list of available dates and times for your group to attend and accommodations will be made. A minimum of a week advance notice is needed. Although we do not charge an admission fee, we do ask that you fill out a feedback form that is included in a packet you will recieve at the program.
