Funds to support the various PRC programs are sought from a number of public and private sources. In addition to base funding provided from the Natural Resources Research Institute and the College of Science and Engineering at University of Minnesota Duluth, the most important source of working capital for PRC activities comes from corporate and individual memberships. Funds from these sources largely go toward subsidizing costs of the Precambrian field camp and providing research assistantships and grants to students. Below is an list of each year's PRC members and their annual level of support.
