Please remember you cannot start your course until the beginning of the Spring semester: January 16, 2007.
Material to be covered before you access your course:
You are required to be proficient in the material covered in both of the following:
- Student Orientation Course Site (15 minutes)
- WebCT Support Site

Accessing your course:
You may access your courses through the MyU Portal under the MyToolkit tab. You must configure your browser as described in the WebCT Student Handbook and Orientation before accessing your course.
UPDATE: It seems that from time to time the MyU Portal is unavailable. Here is an alternative route to accessing your online courses:
- Go to http://vista.umn.edu
- Select University of Minnesota
- Select Log in
- After logging in with your UMD username and password you should have access to your courses.
