Group Fitness

Change up your routine and try group fitness!

The group fitness program is for both the UMD and surrounding community. During the regular school year we offer over 30 classes a week: yoga, strength, spinning, pilates, HITT, and Barre. There is most likely a class or two that fits your fitness level and interests. All of our instructors are nationally certified and highly motivated.

SUMMER GROUP FITNESS RUNS FROM JUNE 3-AUGUST 1.

Meet: The General Fitness Studio is located in the Sports & Health Center, Room 96. The Spin Studio is located in the Sports & Health Center, Room 33.
Passes can be purchased in SpHC 153.
