Policy
In accordance with regents'
policy on access to student records and in accordance with federal
law, information about you generally may not be released to a third
party without your permission. (Exceptions under the law include state
and federal educational and financial aid institutions.)
The regents' policy permits you to review your educational records
and to challenge the contents of those records. You are notified annually
of your right to review your educational records.
Students are advised that disciplinary action will be taken if academic
records are forged or altered.
The regents' policy, including a directory of student records, and
grievance procedures, is available for review at the Office of Financial
Aid and Registrar, Darland Administration Building.
