information. University officials and departments may provide this information
in answer to inquiries without requiring authorization from you:

- address
- electronic e-mail address
- telephone number
- dates of enrollment
- enrollment status (full-time, part-time, not enrolled, withdrawn
and date of withdrawal)
- major
- adviser
- college
- class
- academic awards and honors received
- in the event of your graduation, the degree(s) received
