The Application for Degree and Commencement Attendance Questionnaire
are used to create your diploma and to specify how your name will appear
in the commencement program.
Fall 2008 applicants who want their names to appear in the Spring 2008 commencement program must abide by the Spring 2008 deadline.
If the application is submitted and questionnaire received on or before
February 4, 2008, your name will appear in the spring 2008 commencement
program (even if you are not attending the ceremony). If the forms are
received after February 4, 2008, your name will appear in the spring
2009 program.
Undergraduates
Undergraduate students submit their application using the online
Application for Undergraduate Degree. The online application is
available to current students who have 90 credits or more. A UMD
Baccalaureate Commencement Attendance Questionnaire is also required
for each degree applicant. Return the questionnaire to the Student Assistance
Center, 23 Solon Campus Center.
Departmental Masters
Degree candidates must file both an Application for Degree and Commencement
Attendance Questionnaire with the Office of Financial Aid and Registrar.
