Commencement participation policy

Students will be allowed to participate in spring commencement ceremonies if they can demonstrate that they can meet all requirements for graduation through registration for classes any time up to and including the fall semester following spring commencement ceremonies (within 18 credits of completion).

Exceptions to this policy must be approved by the Office of Financial Aid and Registrar and will be granted only for very unusual and compelling reasons.
