Student Health Insurance

Health Insurance Verification UpdateHealth insurance is required for all degree seeking UMD students registered for six or more eligible credits. Enter accurate health insurance information at registration. Information will be verified. If you do not provide accurate insurance information at registration, you will need to complete the waiver process. Otherwise you will be automatically enrolled and billed for the University’s Student Health Benefit Plan. Check your billing statement, or logon to check that your insurance information is correct.
