Verify degree application and commencement program information
If you apply to graduate during the 2009–2010 academic year, before you complete your degree requirements, please:
1. Use the online Application for Degree Web site at http://www.d.umn.edu/registrar/eDegree/index.htm, to verify we have correct information for your diploma:
Please verify:
- the spelling of your name for your diploma
- your diploma mailing address
- your major(s)
- your minor(s)
- your expected graduation term
2. Please verify we have your correct information for the commencement program (your name will appear in the program whether or not you attend the ceremony):
(Note: If you previously applied for this degree and your name already appeared in a commencement program, you will not be able to access this Web site. This site is available only for students whose names will appear in the Spring 2010 Commencement Program.)
Please verify:
- Your commencement attendance plans are recorded accurately.
- Your hometown is spelled correctly, if you listed one.
- You are receiving Latin or departmental honors. Note: Honors information will be available November 2009 for Fall Semester 2009 graduates, and after the end of March 2010 for Spring Semester 2010, May Session 2010, and Summer Session 2010 graduates. Please remember that your Latin honors can change—final Latin honors on your transcript and diploma will be based on your cumulative GPA at the time your degree is awarded.
