When ordering an official transcript, please be ready to provide:
- Full name and all names used while attending the University of Minnesota Duluth
- Student ID number or Social Security number
- Date of birth
- Dates of attendance at the University and Degrees earned
- Address(es) where the transcripts are to be sent
- Signature
- Phone number or address, should the University need to contact the student about the request
Payment by credit card
For transcript orders, UMD can accept only VISA, Discover, MasterCard, American Express, or Diner's Club credit cards. Include a credit card number, the expiration date, and name as it appears on the card, address, email address, and signature.
