EduCause

Educause, www.educause.edu, is the technology in higher education organization traditionally focused on central IT within colleges and universities. UMD is a member of this organization and the LSBE Technology Director, Don Krueger, attends their annual meeting. In his role as Chair of the Technology in Business Schools (TBS) Roundtable, Don is presenting with the TBS Roundtable Steering Committee this year at EduCause. The TBS Roundtable has also formed a Business School Technology Officers constituent group through EduCause to further the relationship between EduCause and the TBS Roundtable.

AACSB (Association of Academic Colleges and Schools of Business)

The TBS Roundtable formed the Technology Leaders Affinity Group through AACSB for the benefit of AACSB members in the following ways: 1) improve their overall quality of technology efforts; 2) share best practices knowledge; 3) foster greater collaboration among peers; 4) create a level of trust with colleagues to improve technology programs, and 5) provide a group focused on the role of IT accreditation.
