The Finance and Investment Club is open to any UMD student interested in money and
investments. The goal is to help students understand market activity in a less structured
atmosphere than the classroom. This is a club for market-wise students as well as for
those wishing to learn more about financial markets and investment strategies. It provides
the opportunity to meet new people and participate in many activities. The club’s
activities include fund raisers, speakers, social events and a spring trip.
