Description of instrument and special capabilities: A particle size analyzer that is computer controlled and includes computer software for data collection and analysis. The instrument is configured and optimized for analysis of liquid samples with particle sizes ranging from 0.04 to 2500 µm. Accuracy <3% on Volume Median Diameter, repeatability <1% on Volume Median Diameter.

User charges: n.a.

Other useful information: Schedule use of instrument through Dr. Keith Lodge. It is currently in working condition and is used for research and student labs. Samples can be run after a short training session.
