Is This Going to Be On the Test? Academic Success Skills
An academic success skills presentation by Matt Jackson of the Supportive Services Program at UMD. Success in college classrooms often requires students to become an active participants to their own learning process - to shift from being a "listener" to a "doer". Occasionally this transition proves to be a challenge for newer students. This multimedia presentation aims to provide parents with an understanding of the obstacles their students may be facing, and the campus resources available for assistance.
