WHAT’S ON THE MENU?

Spinach-Strawberry Salad

Ingredients:

Salad
1/2 bag spinach
1/2 bag romaine lettuce
1 quart strawberries
1 purple onion (optional)
Dressing
1 cup mayonnaise
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup vinegar

Directions:

Cut up all ingredients of salad mixture and toss together.
In a separate bowl, combine dressing mixture.
Drizzle dressing over salad, and refrigerate.
