Meeting Room

About

The Student Life meeting room (245N KPlz) is located in the Student Life office suite. It is primarily available to staff within the Student Life office suite and secondarily available by request to Student Life staff and faculty. We are not currently accepting requests from outside of Student Life. It is available for scheduling from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday throughout the year, except on holidays. Scheduling and requests will be handled on a first-come-first-served basis. Requests must be submitted at least two days in advance.

Amenities

  1. Seating for 8 around a meeting table
  2. 50" LED-backlit LCD television
  3. VGA, audio (3.5mm), HDMI, and network connections
  4. One-time technology training available by request

You must make your own arrangements for a laptop. There is not one provided.

Terms
  1. Requests must be submitted at least two days in advance.

  3. The room must be left in the same or better condition.
  4. Each group is limited to one standing meeting per week.
