Calm. Join us for brief relaxation sessions in the Library!
We will practice a different technique each week intended to help students actively de-stress.
Sessions are offered starting the week of September 18th: Mondays, 2-3pm, Wednesdays, 12:15-12:45pm, and Thursdays, 3-4pm.
Most sessions will last 30 minutes.
Just drop-in! Tea and snacks will be available.
