The inaugural Trans(Gender) Justice Teach-In is a full day summit centering trans+ knowledge, experiences and liberation hosted by the UMD Office of Diversity & Inclusion's Sexuality and Gender Equity Initiatives.

The inaugural Trans(Gender) Justice Teach-In is a full day summit centering trans+ knowledge, experiences and liberation hosted by the UMD Office of Diversity & Inclusion's Sexuality and Gender Equity Initiatives.

This event will take place from 11:30AM-430PM on Wednesday Nov. 8 in the Kirby Rafters / Kirby Student Center on the UMD campus.

This is a free event with lunch provided.

We will have on-site registration if space allows.

Our featured educator will start at 12PM. Workshop session one will start at 1:15PM. Workshop session two will start at 2:45PM. A brief wrap-up and optional debrief will take place at 4PM.

A detailed program will be provided to registrants on or shortly after Nov. 1 Call for submissions is also live!

The deadline to submit a presentation/workshop proposal is Friday Oct. 13.
