Attend Study Abroad 101 every Wednesday @ noon in Kirby Student Center 323 (across from the DC) This is an open session to all students to learn the basic steps to study abroad. This is a great intro for students who know they want to study abroad but don't know where to start, or for those who have found a program and want to know the "next steps". Come join us!

Deliberative Dialogue Moderator Training

Free to participate, pizza provided RSVP to Alex Johnson ( Minnesota Campus Compact and UMD's Office of Civic Engagement will be providing free moderator training to students interested in moderating dialogues. Come learn ways to hold a conversation, in both process and content, that break out of the culture of argument and polarized debate that seem increasingly prevalent in our society. Practice promoting learning, problem solving, and listening.

Head of the Lakes Job & Internship Fair

The Head of the Lakes Job & Internship Fair is a general (all majors) job fair held annually at UMD. Employers will be seeking candidates for internships and full-time positions, as well as promoting their company. Students register at the door. This event is free and open to current students and recent alumni from the University of Minnesota Duluth, College of St Scholastica, and University of Wisconsin Superior.
