Is College in the Schools right for you?

Students who participate in UMD's CITS (College in the Schools) program can jump start their college career by earning their first credits while still in high school. All while learning to transition to college life and gaining first-hand experience of what is expected academically. Through participation in the CITS program, high schools and teachers can strengthen their school and curriculum while simultaneously challenging their students to achieve even more.

Did you know UMD's CITS program is NACEP Accredited?

The National Alliance of Concurrent Enrollment Partnerships (NACEP) awards accreditation to programs after a comprehensive peer review by a team of experienced representatives who review NACEP’s 17 national standards for program quality in the areas of: curriculum, faculty, students, assessment, and program evaluation.
